We, the Rusichi, children of the East, address you with deep sorrow in our hearts and unwavering faith in our shared future. For centuries, our people have endured countless hardships, torn apart by internal strife and external forces seeking our weakening and total disappearance. We see the fire of enmity smoldering between us, how disagreements are artificially fueled, and how foreign hands, disguised as our own, sow discord in our ranks. This is nothing less than a centuries-long, hidden genocide of the Slavic people, aimed at destroying our identity, our culture, and our very Spirit.

We call upon you to awaken from your centuries-long slumber! The time has come to understand that our strength lies in our Unity. We are united by common roots, common blood, a shared history, and a unique worldview that for ages has given us the strength to live, create, and love. Our songs, our fairy tales, our traditions—all these are threads that bind us into a single whole, despite distances and borders.

We declare: we do not condemn or accuse any nation in the world. We respect all peoples and their paths. There is a rotten seed in every nation. Our call is a plea to end the hostility within the Slavic ethnicity! This is a call for the unification of all Slavic peoples, regardless of their faith, political beliefs, or place of residence. Only together can we preserve our unique identity, withstand external threats, and ensure a bright future for our descendants.

Let's extend a hand to one another, remembering that we are one people. Let's cast aside the resentments and disagreements that have so long prevented us from finding true strength. From now on, let love, kindness, happiness, joy, well-being, and prosperity be our driving force.

We surrender to the judgment of the Creator, the Almighty of all that exists, the spiritual, the intangible, and the material, those who have committed and continue to commit evil against the Slavic people. May they and their clans be repaid according to their deeds and intentions, created and yet to be, for all time—past, present, and future, manifest and hidden.

This appeal and proclamation are made by the will of the Spirit and the immortal Soul, for the sake of preserving Slavdom on Earth.

May peace and unity reign in our hearts!
